Bovaird & Co - Imagineering

Bovaird & Co serves as the research & development engine for Bovaird Supply Company. With origins dating back to 1871 in Bradford, PA, just several years after Col. Drake spudded the world’s first commercial oil well in Titusville, Bovaird & Co has been Imagineering creative solutions for the energy industry. Today Bovaird & Co is focused on the remediation and restoration of hydrocarbon and brine impacted soils, along with development of advanced grease trap bio-reactors for the food service industry worldwide. R&D efforts have spun off new technologies in pH sensors that do not require membrane exchanges, and nano-particle carrier systems for harsh, toxic environments. Please send us an inquiry to learn more or explore become a partner in these exciting technologies.

Grease Trap Management (GTM) Systems: Bovaird & Co continues 5+ years of research, development and field testing of systems to convert traditional foodservice grease interceptors into bioreactors, thus eliminating most of the Fat, Oil & Grease (FOG) that clogs municipal sewer lines. Our solutions will work with both current installations (retro-fitting) and new installations. They will utilize both new pH sensor technologies and nana-particle carrier developments currently being developed by the Company.

pH Sensor Technologies: As a results of challenges presented by grease trap systems and highly caustic industrial applications, the company is currently developing pH sensor technology that will reduce fouling and prolong the operational effectiveness in these environments.

Nano-Particle Carrier: An imaginative vehicle for delivering enzymes through solution to a desired endpoint. This increasing both the effectiveness and efficiency of treating certain conditions in a complex environment.
